BlueSky At-Home Veterinary Care Expands Mobile Services to Nashville

Starting September 15, 2026, Nashville pet owners will gain access to mobile veterinary services as BlueSky At-Home Veterinary Care officially enters the local market. The company, which acquired regional provider ReadiVet earlier this year, aims to reduce animal stress by conducting preventive care and sick visits directly within the home.

The expansion brings a model focused on longevity and healthspan to Tennessee, prioritizing environments where pets feel most secure. CEO Sean Miller, a Vanderbilt University alumnus, noted that the service is designed to eliminate the anxiety often associated with traditional clinic visits. By bringing doctors into the living room or kitchen, the practice aims to improve diagnostic accuracy, particularly for cats and anxious dogs who struggle with travel.

Clinical operations will be led by Chief Veterinary Officer Chad Harris, DVM, who emphasizes that the transition for existing ReadiVet clients will be seamless. All medical records are being integrated into the new system to ensure continuity for pets with chronic conditions. The company is currently accepting appointments via their website, phone, and email, with COO Lyndsey Kingsley highlighting a pricing strategy intended to make routine bloodwork and preventive care more accessible to local families.
