GreenArrow Expands Southern California Reach with MSL Electric Acquisition

By absorbing the Anaheim-based firm MSL Electric, GreenArrow is consolidating its hold on the Southern California transportation infrastructure market. The deal bridges the gap between GreenArrow’s maintenance-heavy operations and the specialized construction expertise required for complex public works projects across four major regional counties.

Founded in 2002 by Warren and Sally Moore, MSL Electric serves as a strategic addition to GreenArrow’s regional footprint. The firm brings a union-signatory workforce with extensive experience in high-stakes infrastructure, including traffic signals, fiber optics, airport electrical systems, and highway lighting. These operations span across Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties, complementing GreenArrow’s existing maintenance services.

Lloyd Kuehn, CEO of GreenArrow, stated that the acquisition facilitates an end-to-end service model, allowing the company to handle projects from initial heavy construction through long-term routine maintenance. Warren Moore noted that the merger aligns with his firm’s existing commitments to safety and craftsmanship while providing the scale necessary to tackle more complex municipal and state agency contracts. Following this move, GreenArrow continues to signal an aggressive expansion strategy, actively seeking further partnerships to bolster its nationwide transportation electrical services.
