Ron Dunlap, who takes the helm as CEO of the combined organization, views the move as a critical step in reducing the complexity currently faced by global employers. While both firms will continue to operate as distinct entities, the integration process is already active. Clients will retain their existing points of contact and service agreements, with the long-term goal of leveraging the combined platform to offer more cohesive, end-to-end support for mobile talent.
