The Mesa-based company, which currently processes over 1.7 million transactions annually with 99.8% accuracy, designed the new solution to eliminate the friction of fragmented administrative tasks. Historically, fleet managers faced three-to-five-day wait times due to manual workflows that often required physical trips to state offices. The new AI integration identifies document types and applies jurisdiction-specific rules automatically, reducing the processing time for qualifying documents to under 90 seconds.
Stacey Moser, chief customer officer at Verra Mobility, noted that the platform directly targets the revenue gap created by idle vehicles. Beyond speed, the system provides centralized management for corporate fleets, rental operations, and autonomous vehicle programs, replacing patchwork coordination with a single, audit-ready dashboard. By leveraging direct electronic connections to DMVs across 15 states, the company is positioning title and registration as an operational lever rather than a back-office bottleneck.
