These spaces are intended to bridge the gap between home and office, allowing tenants to utilize professional-grade environments without leaving the residential footprint.

Beyond the building's interior, the development relies on its connectivity to District Drive, the campus's primary artery for dining and wellness. Shane Connell, executive vice president of The Connell Company, stated that the integration of living, working, and social spaces is the primary driver behind current leasing momentum. Residents are granted exclusive access to existing campus facilities, including the FIELDHOUSE fitness center and Round Table Studios.
