Griffin’s arrival coincides with a period of momentum for FoundIt!, which was recently ranked tenth in the inaugural RTIH Retail Technology Hot 100 list. Reflecting on the career change, she noted that while moving from a legacy retail giant into the world of AI felt like a significant leap, the new role quickly began to feel like home.
In her new capacity, Griffin aims to apply her deep experience from the retailer’s perspective to help brands like Marks and Spencer, B&Q, and Neiman Marcus optimize their digital search capabilities. She emphasized that the value of the platform lies in its ability to enhance customer discovery without requiring retailers to overhaul their existing technical infrastructure. The appointment is one of several high-profile shifts currently reshaping the retail technology landscape.
