Mazar’s experience on the show, which spanned from 2004 to 2011, became particularly difficult following the birth of her second child in March 2006. While she maintained a professional demeanor despite her discomfort with the show's culture, she noted that the set atmosphere shifted as the series progressed. She described the environment as overtly misogynistic, even labeling the production a prototype of the types of workplace dynamics many actresses actively avoid.
Beyond the behind-the-scenes tensions, Mazar previously expressed personal embarrassment regarding the dialogue written for her character. While she acknowledged creator Doug Ellin’s ability to craft strong roles, she found some of the scripted lines degrading. As rumors of a potential Entourage reboot circulate, original cast member Adrian Grenier has acknowledged the difficulty of reviving the series, noting that the show’s dated perspective would require a significant overhaul to reflect modern standards. Mazar, meanwhile, continues her career, with upcoming roles in Ben Shirinian’s thriller The Housewife and the Netflix project The Last Mrs. Parrish.
