Strong, who holds the distinction of being the longest-tenured female cast member in SNL history, says the transition to life as a new mom has forced her to embrace chaos. While she once spent her nights in the studio, she now finds herself navigating the realities of parenting, describing her mornings as a surrender to the whims of her young daughter. Despite the fatigue, she notes that her daughter’s easy-going nature has made the first year of motherhood surprisingly manageable.
Her collaboration with Thomas’ centers on the “Join the Morning People” campaign, which challenges participants to build consistent breakfast habits. For Strong, the partnership felt organic; she shared that she was already a fan of the brand before they approached her. Beyond the domestic shift, Strong remains focused on her career, with upcoming projects including the Apple series The Nanny Squatter alongside Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Reflecting on her time at SNL, she remains grateful for the experience, noting that some of her favorite moments were the unscripted laughs behind the scenes that never made it to air.
