The restructured organization places veteran product experts and operations managers into high-stakes territories across the Southeast and the Caribbean. Jordan Meeks, previously Chief Product Officer, moves to Director of Sales for the Southeast, where he will oversee expansion into Georgia and South Carolina. Similarly, former logistics lead David Diehl transitions to Director of Sales for Central and Southwest Florida, applying his supply chain background to streamline project delivery in one of the nation's most active hurricane-zone markets.
Mark Gallagher returns to the company to spearhead national and Caribbean growth, focusing specifically on large-scale glazing partnerships. By embedding architectural consultation directly into these regional roles, the company aims to eliminate the delays often caused by layers of corporate intermediaries. This shift mandates that sales representatives now function as technical consultants, hosting AIA presentations and participating in early-stage design meetings. CEO Toby Bostwick emphasized that the strategy relies on proximity to the customer, betting that direct access to senior technical expertise will reduce design compromises and keep pace with the aggressive deadlines of modern construction.
