The acquisition follows a decade-long partnership between the two firms. Aria Care Partners, which specializes in onsite dental, vision, audiology, and podiatry services, intends to retain PMC’s existing client-facing staff and onsite schedules to ensure continuity for patients. Beyond dental services, the move allows Utah facilities to tap into Aria’s broader array of specialty care and insurance options.
Aria CEO John Griscavage noted that the company plans to build upon the foundation established by PMC while streamlining administrative and technological support for local providers. John Flanders, principal at Precision Mobile Care, added that the backing of a national firm will allow the Utah team to increase the depth of their care delivery within the state's skilled nursing sector.
