Evans, who married Portuguese actress Alba Baptista in 2023, is relocating to focus on family life and his roots in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

Represented by Scott Moore of Christie’s International Real Estate, the 1940s-era residence is tucked away on a private cul-de-sac. The property features a resort-style pool, a detached guest house, and a private gym where the actor famously trained for his Marvel Cinematic Universe roles. Evans cited the home's sweeping views as its most compelling feature, though he ultimately prioritized a change in geography over maintaining his West Coast footprint. The actor is now pivoting toward new professional commitments, including the upcoming crime thriller My Darling California and a return to the Marvel franchise in Avengers: Doomsday.
