The integration aims to solve a persistent industry pain point where rendering inconsistencies frequently compromise campaign performance. By embedding testing tools into the Agentforce Marketing workflow—formerly Marketing Cloud Next—Sinch enables teams to identify display errors during the production phase rather than after deployment. This reduction in manual quality assurance is designed to accelerate campaign lifecycles for enterprise users.
Sophie Cheng, Chief Marketing Officer at Sinch, noted that the current reliance on disconnected testing workflows remains a time-intensive hurdle for marketing departments. The new tool provides full-resolution previews and on-demand testing, effectively centralizing the validation process. Salesforce’s AgentExchange, which hosts nearly 14,000 vetted applications and agents, serves as the distribution hub for this release. Tyler Carlson, SVP at Salesforce, emphasized that the integration aligns with the company's broader strategy to help clients transition into agent-led enterprises by simplifying access to specialized tools within existing workflows.
