The new tool leverages artificial intelligence to streamline the labor-intensive cycle of intake, processing, and follow-up reporting. By targeting the core bottlenecks of safety operations, Veeva aims to reduce operational costs while maintaining strict regulatory compliance across the industry. This release marks a strategic expansion of the company's AI-specific portfolio, positioning Falcon Safety as a vendor-neutral layer that functions alongside existing safety infrastructure.
"We have worked closely with case processors and pharmacovigilance experts to reinvent safety operations," said Marius Mortensen, vice president of product for Falcon at Veeva. The product is scheduled for early adopter release in November 2026. As part of the broader Veeva AI suite, the software is engineered to serve a wide market spectrum, ranging from emerging biotech startups to large-scale pharmaceutical enterprises.
