Hydreight Reports Record Q2 Revenue of $28 Million

The company’s quarterly performance reflects significant growth in its virtual healthcare and direct-to-consumer segments, which generated approximately $22.8 million in revenue during the quarter. This expansion is largely attributed to the scaling of the VSDHOne platform and a substantial rise in pharmacy product sales, which climbed to $26.2 million from $4.5 million in the second quarter of 2025. Gross profit reached $5.4 million, while net income stood at $2.5 million, showcasing a marked improvement over the $0.05 million reported in the prior-year period.

CEO Shane Madden emphasized that the results demonstrate the strength of the company's infrastructure as it continues to scale. Beyond top-line growth, Hydreight maintains a solid financial position, closing the quarter with $20 million in cash and $35 million in working capital. The company remains committed to its 2026 revenue guidance of $150 million, with ongoing investments directed toward VSDHOne 2.0 and the expansion of its ecosystem, which currently includes more than 3,000 nurses and 300 independent doctors across all 50 U.S. states.
