Enliven Therapeutics to Present ELVN-001 Clinical Data at SOHO 2026

Enliven Therapeutics will showcase updated findings from its Phase 1 ENABLE trial during the Society of Hematologic Oncology annual meeting in Houston this September. The company plans to present both an oral report and a poster session detailing the performance of its lead candidate, ELVN-001, in treating chronic myeloid leukemia.

The presentations, scheduled for September 9 and 10 at the George R. Brown Convention Center, serve as an encore to data previously shared at the European Hematology Association Congress. Dr. Fadi Haddad is slated to present the findings, which focus on the efficacy of ELVN-001 as a selective ATP-competitive inhibitor of BCR::ABL1 in patients who have undergone prior treatments.

ELVN-001 is engineered to target the BCR::ABL gene fusion, which acts as the primary oncogenic driver in chronic myeloid leukemia. A key feature of the drug is its design to maintain activity against the T315I mutation, a common genetic variant that often renders patients resistant to conventional tyrosine kinase inhibitors. The ongoing ENABLE study continues to evaluate the therapy's safety, tolerability, and ability to achieve major molecular responses in patients who are relapsed or refractory to standard care.
