The new Employee Benefits module targets the fragmented nature of agency operations, where brokers typically juggle disparate tools for quoting, billing, and census management. Unlike point solutions that address only one stage of the lifecycle, Outmarket integrates these functions into a unified system. The tool handles complex tasks such as side-by-side plan comparisons, automated billing reconciliation, and the generation of Broker of Record letters.
Brokers can upload documents in formats ranging from PDF to Excel, allowing the system to extract coverage details and run contribution scenarios across multiple carriers. To maintain reliability, the platform utilizes a cross-model validation process that keeps accuracy near 100%. Every extracted data point is color-coded and linked to its source, enabling users to verify information instantly. According to Vishal Sankhla, CEO and Co-Founder, the goal is to provide a broad toolset that spans commercial, personal, and benefits lines rather than forcing users into a single, restrictive workflow.
Beyond basic data extraction, the module includes features for census formatting and open enrollment guide creation. The platform accommodates export requirements by syncing with existing Agency Management Systems or branded documents. With over 250 brokerages already utilizing the platform, this expansion marks a significant push to standardize high-accuracy automation across the insurance industry.
