Platt College Marks Two Decades at Ontario Convention Center

Family, faculty, and staff gathered in Ontario to honor students who earned a mix of associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees, and diplomas. For CEO Josh Zuckerwise, the event serves as the culmination of years spent observing students navigate the balance between rigorous coursework and external responsibilities like family and employment.

The graduating cohort is entering a diverse range of fields, including healthcare, technology, business, legal services, and design. According to college leadership, the focus remains on equipping these individuals with the practical skills necessary to meet current labor demands. As these graduates depart, the institution is shifting its attention to ongoing investments in its Alhambra, Anaheim, Ontario, and Riverside campuses, alongside its expanding distance education initiatives.
