The new feature addresses a disconnect in creative workflows, where 53% of teams struggle with external collaboration and 67% report colleagues bypassing official systems due to usability issues. Content Portals allow organizations to curate specific assets—such as logos, campaign materials, or sales collateral—and wrap them in custom branding without granting external partners access to the entire internal workspace. Unlike traditional file-sharing links, these portals remain tethered to the main database. If a file version is updated or a rule-based smart collection changes, the portal reflects those modifications in real-time, eliminating the need for manual maintenance.
CEO and co-founder Jessica Storry noted that the shift focuses on providing control over the viewing experience rather than just the storage of files. By centralizing assets while segmenting their delivery, companies can build dedicated hubs for sales enablement, partner resources, or press kits. The feature is included in all Stockpress plans, with Premium subscribers gaining the ability to deploy unlimited portals tailored to specific audiences.
