Investors Face October Deadline in Alarum Technologies Fraud Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Alarum Technologies Ltd. securities between March 20, 2025, and July 2, 2026, face an October 5, 2026, deadline to seek lead plaintiff status in a pending class action lawsuit. The case, filed by The Rosen Law Firm, alleges the company misled shareholders regarding the business practices of its subsidiary, NetNut.

The lawsuit claims that Alarum Technologies failed to disclose that its NetNut subsidiary allegedly linked customer home internet devices into a network without proper consent. This activity purportedly enabled cybercriminals to obscure their physical locations, significantly heightening the company's legal exposure and threatening its core business operations. According to the complaint, these omissions rendered the company's public statements regarding its operations materially false or misleading, causing financial damages to shareholders when the information surfaced.

Investors wishing to participate in the litigation may contact Phillip Kim at The Rosen Law Firm to discuss their options. While the firm is soliciting lead plaintiffs, no class has been certified yet. Shareholders are not required to take action to remain potential class members, and serving as a lead plaintiff is not a prerequisite for sharing in any eventual recovery. The firm operates on a contingency fee basis for this matter, meaning participating investors are not responsible for out-of-pocket costs.
