Systemair Corrects Dividend Record Date Following AGM

The Annual General Meeting, held at the Systemair Expo in Skinnskatteberg, saw participation from 182 voting shareholders representing 87.58% of the company's total shares. Investors officially approved a dividend of SEK 1.45 per share, which is scheduled for distribution on September 3, 2026, through Euroclear Sweden AB.

Beyond the dividend, shareholders re-elected the existing board, with Patrik Nolåker continuing as Chairman and Gerald Engström as vice Chairman. The meeting also authorized the board to manage share repurchases for the 2025 Long-Term Incentive Program and approved a broader mandate to acquire or transfer company shares up to five percent of the total outstanding capital. The company additionally secured authorization to issue new shares, potentially increasing its share capital by up to ten percent.
