Jess Pegula Partners with The Farmer's Dog to Support Service Canines

Three rescue dogs of her own, Maddie, Des, and Mabel, inspired U.S. tennis star Jess Pegula to turn her advocacy into a broader mission. The world number one has now joined forces with fresh dog food brand The Farmer’s Dog to expand the reach of her nonprofit, A Lending Paw Foundation.

The multi-year collaboration focuses on scaling the foundation’s work in rescuing, rehabilitating, and training dogs to become service animals for those in need. As part of the arrangement, The Farmer’s Dog will supply its human-grade meals to canines currently in the foundation’s care, ensuring they receive high-quality nutrition throughout their training process. Pegula, who co-founded A Lending Paw, noted that the partnership aligns with her personal commitment to providing the best possible care for animals she considers family.

Beyond funding and nutrition, Pegula will participate in the company’s Dog Comfort Days, an initiative designed to bring support and companionship to communities. Jonathan Regev, CEO of The Farmer’s Dog, stated that the athlete’s dedication to animal welfare mirrors the company’s own mission to improve pet longevity through better diet. The partnership launches as Pegula competes in the U.S. Open, with the company planning a series of fan giveaways to mark the collaboration.
