Rose will work closely with CEO Sacha Lang and the executive team to oversee the next phase of the company's growth. Her appointment follows a period of rapid development for the retailer, which recently reported a record full-year revenue of $207.3 million for FY26—a 4.3% increase compared to the previous period. Lang described the recent organizational shift as a decade of transformation compressed into just 18 months.
Under Lang’s leadership, the business has expanded its physical footprint to 20 stores nationwide, overhauled its core ERP systems, and launched the Adore Rewards loyalty program. The company has also integrated AI to streamline decision-making and improve customer experience. According to Lang, the core objective remains the same: maintaining a customer-centric focus while managing the complexities of a multi-banner, omnichannel operation that serves over one million shoppers.
