During an April hearing, Kennedy had promised to share the details of these deals, provided they did not compromise trade secrets. However, the subsequent written response from his office failed to include the agreements or address concerns regarding the administration's claims of patient savings.

Warren argues that the administration’s narrative surrounding the website is unsupported by data. While Trump officials assert the program has saved patients over $700 million, the senator pointed out that the platform only delivers savings on one out of 54 listed medications. She further questioned the reliability of these figures, noting that Kennedy admitted the site does not track actual patient or prescription information. According to Warren, the deals appear to serve as a benefit for drug manufacturers through tariff exemptions and fast-track approval vouchers rather than providing relief to American consumers.
