Brazier arrives at the Spicewood-based company with a decade of sector experience, most notably steering Stinker Stores to a 'Chain of the Year' designation by CStore Decisions in 2025. His mandate at TXB involves overseeing day-to-day operations and refining the company’s signature focus on fresh, made-to-order food service. The leadership transition comes as the brand manages over 50 locations across Texas and Oklahoma, with five additional sites currently in the development pipeline.
Smartt remains the primary owner and will continue to guide the company’s overarching direction. The collaboration aims to scale the business while maintaining the community-focused culture that has characterized the brand, including its philanthropic work with organizations like CASA. By splitting the executive workload, the company expects to accelerate its footprint in the competitive convenience retail market.
