The seasonal menu taps into traditional autumn profiles, blending maple, caramel, and pumpkin pie spices with the chain's core coffee offerings. Along with the beverage selection, the company is introducing a Pumpkin Swirl Bread to complement the drinks. These additions are designed to attract both loyal patrons and new customers looking for familiar cold-weather flavors.
Chief Brand and Strategy Officer Iain Douglas noted that the menu's return is driven by direct customer demand. Beyond the initial launch, the franchise plans to sustain momentum with a surprise frozen drink release scheduled for October 20. This move follows the success of the brand's summer Koffee Koolers, marking a strategic effort to maintain high engagement throughout the final quarter of the year. The brand currently operates nearly 40 U.S. franchise locations, with significant expansion efforts underway to reach dozens more stores by the end of 2025.
