PharmaForceIQ Debuts Optichannel 360 to Streamline Commercial Strategy

Miami-based PharmaForceIQ has unveiled Optichannel 360, an AI-native platform designed to bridge the gap between field sales and digital marketing. By integrating disparate data into a single execution workflow, the system aims to replace fragmented reporting with a direct link between performance measurement and strategic action.

The platform functions as a commercial operating layer, utilizing over 200 million industry-specific data points to synchronize strategy, systems, and execution. According to Chief Executive and Strategy Officer Hemal Somaiya, the goal is to shift from retrospective post-mortem reports to a real-time learning loop. This allows teams to move from identifying a performance trend to approving a specific next step without the traditional delays associated with manual dashboard reconciliation or vendor hand-offs.

Chief Operating Officer Stephen Onikoro noted that the rollout begins with existing clients, focusing on agentic, in-platform conversational insights. By unifying personal and non-personal channels, the software enables pharmaceutical teams to trace NPI-level evidence directly to governed execution. This approach eliminates the reliance on disconnected silos, ensuring that every identified driver of performance is immediately actionable within the CRM environment.
