The company, trading under the ticker BRTMU on the Nasdaq, confirmed that the underwriters opted to purchase the extra units at the original price of $10.00 each. While this move added $35 million to the coffers, the underwriter declined to exercise the remainder of the option, which would have covered an additional 1.375 million units. The total offering now stands at 36 million units.
Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a redeemable warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $11.50 per share. Once the components begin trading separately, investors will find the shares and warrants listed under the symbols BRTM and BRTMW. Citigroup served as the sole book-running manager for the offering, which became effective following a registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 20, 2026.
