Stardock Updates Clairvoyance to Enable Collaborative Local AI Sessions

Stardock Software has launched Clairvoyance 0.85, introducing a multiplayer feature that allows multiple users to interact with the same AI agents in real time. By keeping all operations on the host's local machine, the platform ensures data security while enabling shared workflows across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

The core of this update is a shift toward collective intelligence, where team members can join a live session to assist with specific tasks, such as feeding data into a dashboard or training colleagues on new AI workflows. Unlike browser-based alternatives, the host’s computer maintains control of the files and application interactions, keeping the work environment private and self-contained. CEO Brad Wardell compared the experience to the collaborative nature of shared documents, noting that the system allows teams to work directly with agents rather than simply observing them from afar.

Beyond team collaboration, the update improves cross-device accessibility. Users can now transition between machines—or utilize a new iPhone app—to maintain a persistent AI staff. This ensures that projects, memory, and context follow the user regardless of their hardware. While the base application remains free for local use, Stardock has introduced a $20-per-month Pro tier to support cloud synchronization and additional team-oriented features.
