RevCore utilizes AI-driven virtual characters to facilitate role-play simulations for frontline staff, tracking metrics such as empathy and objection handling. Under the new leadership, the platform is expanding its content library to address the specific needs of HR departments and people managers. These updates aim to assist leaders in navigating complex scenarios, such as managing hybrid teams and conducting sensitive performance conversations. The company currently allows clients to integrate custom policies into their existing LMS or HRIS systems within days, a process the firm claims is significantly faster than industry standards.
