Situated at 140 South Santa Cruz Avenue, the hotel serves as a gateway to the Santa Cruz Mountains and Silicon Valley. General Manager Vian Narayana noted that the rebranding aims to preserve the property's independent boutique identity while providing guests with the operational reliability associated with Hilton brands. The hotel currently offers 6,300 square feet of meeting space, an on-site restaurant, and pet-friendly accommodations.
To facilitate the transition, the property is undergoing renovations focused on the lobby, fitness center, and guest rooms. These updates are intended to refresh the arrival experience and expand indoor-outdoor workout facilities. Guests can now utilize Hilton Honors benefits, including the mobile app’s Digital Key and flexible points-based booking options, as the hotel integrates into the loyalty program’s network of over 9,400 global properties.
