According to the company, nearly all of its revenue and sales are now generated within the U.S. market. By exiting the Canadian exchange, Vision Marine intends to reduce administrative overhead, cut duplicative regulatory costs, and streamline its financial resources.
Chief Executive Officer Alexandre Mongeon stated that the Nasdaq remains central to the firm’s capital-markets strategy. Shareholders do not need to take action regarding their existing holdings, though they are encouraged to consult their brokers regarding specific requirements for trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
