The debut of the club in Lincoln, California, represents a strategic shift for developer Shea Homes, moving away from traditional retirement models toward a focus on active, interest-based living. Designed to leverage its high-altitude setting, the club features indoor and outdoor areas that prioritize panoramic views of the surrounding Northern California topography.

Jason Enos, Area President at Shea Homes, noted that the facility was built to address the evolving demands of buyers who prioritize social connectivity and wellness-oriented daily routines. The project combines recreation and dining with a hospitality-trained staff, positioning the property to compete in the increasingly crowded active adult market.

To mark the launch, the community is hosting a series of events running through September.
