Porter Recruits Healthcare Veteran Jeff Fox to Lead Expansion

After decades navigating the complexities of government-sponsored health coverage, Jeff Fox is moving to the technology sector. The former ATRIO Health Plans CEO has been appointed as the new Chief Growth Officer at Porter, a platform focused on coordinating in-home care services and bridging gaps in patient support.

Fox brings over 35 years of industry experience to the Baltimore and Fort Lauderdale-based company. His mandate includes strengthening partnerships with health plans and scaling the company’s tech-enabled care coordination services nationwide. According to Porter CEO John Criswell, the appointment is intended to help the organization scale its mission while maintaining a focus on the specific pressures faced by health plan providers.

Prior to this role, Fox spent 17 years leading the Gorman Health Group, where he pioneered a Medicare Advantage advisory model and managed a team of over 250 employees and experts. At ATRIO Health Plans, he focused on community-based coverage and market expansion. Fox noted that he intends to use his tenure at Porter to integrate the firm's AI-driven analytics with clinical care, aiming to resolve the persistent disconnects between home-based services and medical delivery.
