Biogen Adopts Veeva Vault CRM for Global Commercial Operations

The integration of Vault CRM, a central component of the Vault CRM Suite, provides Biogen with automated tools such as the Agentic Call Report. This technology generates commercial evidence, moving beyond traditional data management to support decision-making through artificial intelligence. By standardizing on this platform, Biogen intends to refine its customer experience and market reach.

Tom Schwenger, president and CCO at Veeva, emphasized that the partnership focuses on providing the advanced infrastructure required to bring specialized therapies to market faster.
