TORM plc Appoints Jann Brown to Board of Directors

The appointment brings extensive international experience to the Hellerup-based tanker company. Brown, a Chartered Accountant with a background spanning the energy, manufacturing, and investment management sectors, is expected to provide critical oversight in financial reporting and risk management. Simon Mackenzie Smith, Chair of the Board, noted that her financial expertise will be instrumental in positioning the company to handle current market volatility.

Alongside the new appointment, the company has promoted Annette Malm Justad to the role of Senior Independent Director. This leadership shift is designed to strengthen TORM's governance framework and enhance engagement with shareholders.
