While ambient AI has become a standard for automating clinical notes, the subsequent process of prescribing medications has remained a manual, time-consuming hurdle. Script Agent bridges this gap by interpreting physician intent during the encounter, transforming dialogue into codified prescription elements ready for clinician approval. By grounding these outputs in FDB’s proprietary medication intelligence, the system avoids the inaccuracies inherent in basic natural language processing, ensuring that generated orders remain within established clinical practices.

Integrated into Tebra’s AI Note Assist platform, the technology requires clinicians to review and validate each prescription before it is finalized. For Tebra, which supports over 42,000 independent practices, the collaboration serves as a strategy to combat clinician burnout by reclaiming time lost to fragmented workflows.
