Four Oridian Capital Partners Portfolio Firms Land on Inc. 5000

The recognized companies span diverse sectors, from commercial roofing to automotive parts. The HCR Group achieved the highest ranking of the group at #2337, posting a 144% revenue increase between 2022 and 2025. Tech24, appearing as Commercial Service Repair, followed at #3897 with 64% growth, while Driven Distribution Group took the #4012 spot with a 59% gain. Rounding out the list, ACR earned the #4814 position with 25% growth over the three-year period.

Doug McCormick, Managing Partner and CIO of Oridian, attributed the success to the consistent execution of the firm’s management partners. He noted that the collaborative approach to value creation remains central to supporting these businesses as they expand their reach. Oridian, formerly known as HCI Equity Partners, focuses on lower-middle-market investments in family- and founder-owned enterprises. While the firm paid a fee to be considered for the recognition, the rankings rely on revenue data analyzed by Inc. Magazine.
