The expansion began in March 2019 with the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, a space defined by dramatic lighting and lush greenery. This was followed in April 2022 by Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, which offers a romantic, French-inspired atmosphere. By December 2024, the footprint grew further with the opening of Pinky’s at Flamingo Las Vegas, a venue that fuses the resort’s vintage history with modern Art Deco flair and a terrace overlooking the Strip.
Her latest venture marks a significant shift in scope: the launch of her first hotel. Replacing The Cromwell, the property features the Gigolo Bar, named in honor of her late dog, Giggy. During a recent appearance at Customer Contact Week, Vanderpump noted the milestone, joking that after years of hosting guests in her bars and restaurants, the hotel offers a new level of intimacy. The transition into hotel management is documented in the upcoming reality series, Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas, which chronicles the development of her 40th hospitality venue.
