Alaia Baldwin Aronow Avoids Jail Time in Savannah Assault Case

A chaotic night at a Savannah nightclub that ended with an alleged assault on staff has concluded with a legal reprieve for Alaia Baldwin Aronow. The sister of Hailey Bieber will avoid incarceration by completing a court-mandated diversion program following a February 2024 altercation at Club Elan.

The 33-year-old model faced four misdemeanor charges, including battery and criminal trespass, after an incident that involved physical confrontations with security guards and a bartender. According to police reports, the situation escalated when Aronow entered a staff-only restroom. When staff attempted to remove her, security guards alleged that she pulled one guard's hair and kicked another in the groin. The most publicized detail involved bartender Haleigh Cauley, who claimed Aronow threw a used tampon at her face during the confrontation.

While Aronow initially denied the act to authorities, she later admitted to the throw. Her legal team, led by Drew Findling and Cris Schneider, secured a pre-trial diversion agreement that requires her to complete a series of classes and pay fines. In a statement released earlier, her representatives noted that the model was embarrassed by the events, characterizing the night as a celebration that took an unexpected turn. By successfully fulfilling these court requirements, Aronow will see the charges against her resolved without a jail sentence.
