Founded in 2024, Cloverleaf specializes in navigating the complex intersection of land acquisition and utility-scale power deployment. By integrating the NVIDIA DSX platform into its development process, the company intends to synchronize site selection with facility design. This approach allows developers to evaluate cooling, energy constraints, and compute density before breaking ground, effectively streamlining the transition from raw site to operational data center.
Nico Caprez, NVIDIA’s vice president of global AI infrastructure growth, noted that the collaboration addresses the physical bottlenecks—land and power—that currently constrain the industry. Through this integration, customers gain access to the full NVIDIA stack, ranging from high-performance networking hardware to software designed to optimize power consumption once the facilities are operational. J.P. Morgan Securities acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the deal, while Kirkland & Ellis provided legal counsel.
