Following the issuance of a Certificate of Continuation by the provincial Registrar of Companies, the firm replaced its existing bylaws and articles with new governing documents tailored to the British Columbia Business Corporations Act.

Mountain Province maintains its significant interest in the Gahcho Kué diamond mine in the Northwest Territories, where it operates a 49% joint venture alongside De Beers, alongside extensive mineral claims surrounding the site.
