The Beverly location represents the latest expansion for JBMM Hospitality, the franchise group led by Barry Lattuca, James O'Hanlon, Michael Scibelli, and Martin LaChance. After successfully testing the market with a mobile "Dunk Truck" at Wrentham Premium Outlets in 2025 and launching a permanent site there earlier this year, the group is now betting on the North Shore’s appetite for the brand’s signature, oversized comfort food.
Beyond the giveaways, the event features opportunities to win signed sports memorabilia, including jerseys and basketballs, for attendees who utilize the Big Chicken app. The menu will highlight core items like The Shaq Attack and The Ultimate, alongside the brand's new "Big Dip Energy" series, which debuts with a limited-edition Root Beer BBQ sauce. Gregg Majewski, CEO of Big Chicken, cited the area's strong local identity as a key driver for the site selection. The restaurant will operate daily, with extended hours on weekends to accommodate the expected opening-day crowds.
