Founded in 2019, the Vancouver-based brand has completed more than 2,500 exterior projects. The latest expansion includes James Ayo, who brings two decades of engineering and construction experience to the Knoxville, Tennessee market, and Matthew Hammond, who is launching operations in Portland, Oregon. This footprint now spans six Canadian provinces and 23 U.S. states, with registrations pending in California and Hawaii.
CEO Alex Filipuk attributes this trajectory to a support structure that includes dedicated marketing coaches and commercial project managers for every franchisee. The company’s growth has drawn external validation, including multiple rankings from Franchise Business Review and the 2025 James Hardie™ President’s Club Award, a distinction held by fewer than 1% of contractors in that network. Looking toward the next three years, the company aims to double its reach, targeting 200 locations and 100 individual franchisees.
