SAS and AWS take center stage at AI Enterprise Conference 2026

The gap between AI experimentation and production remains a primary hurdle for global enterprises, according to SAS and AWS executives. On September 1 in New York, the two companies will jointly present strategies to bridge this divide, focusing on the infrastructure and governance required to scale trusted artificial intelligence.

The collaboration coincides with the release of the second annual SAS Data and AI Impact Report. Developed alongside IDC, the study examines the direct correlation between institutional trust and the return on investment for AI projects. Representatives from both firms plan to share proprietary research on agentic AI adoption and current usage patterns across diverse industrial sectors.

Diana Rothfuss, Global Product Marketing Director at SAS, noted that the industry has moved past the initial challenges of model development. The current focus centers on building the robust data foundations and operating models necessary to transition from pilot programs to full-scale enterprise production.

This presentation builds upon a strategic partnership established in 2023, which aims to integrate SAS analytics software with cloud infrastructure. Attendees at the conference will review how tools such as SAS Viya and the SAS Viya Workbench operate within the AWS ecosystem to support secure, scalable AI deployment.
