Sims, who officially started in her advisory capacity on July 31, 2026, will shape the curriculum for Livelong’s upcoming events, starting with the Women’s Health Summit in New York this September. Beyond her work at the Hilton Midtown event, she will guide speaker curation and verify scientific accuracy for future summits in Dallas, Boston, and San Francisco throughout 2027. Her appointment marks a shift toward deeper, evidence-based discourse in a wellness industry often criticized for relying on recycled trends.
Known for her bestselling books ROAR and Next Level, Sims has held research positions at Stanford University and AUT University. Her work focuses on the physiological distinctions between men and women in training and nutrition. Brad Inman, founder of Livelong Media, noted that Sims’ involvement serves as a safeguard for the company’s audience, ensuring that the platform’s health reporting remains rooted in verifiable data rather than commercial interests.
