The expansion follows a high-stakes deal where a single-location fertility practice, initially valued at $5.6 million, secured a $34 million enterprise value through a structured, competitive bidding process. This outcome serves as the blueprint for PTS Medical, which will now advise ambulatory surgical centers, orthopedic groups, and providers in interventional pain management and immunology. By applying the same competitive tension used in their dental transitions, the firm aims to expose physician owners to strategic options often overlooked in traditional valuations.
Managing Principal Will Holding noted that many highly profitable platforms remain undervalued due to a lack of exposure to broader market opportunities. Founder and President Kyle Francis emphasized that as healthcare consolidation accelerates, the firm intends to leverage its existing M&A infrastructure to support founders of multi-site platforms and emerging outpatient care models. Beyond fertility and orthopedics, the new vertical will service ENT clinics, vascular centers, and infusion-based services, positioning PTS Group as a comprehensive advisor across the increasingly complex landscape of founder-led medical businesses.
