The deal brings together Golden EDI’s expertise in Azure-based integration and its status as a Certified Peppol Access Point with STAEDEAN’s established footprint in the manufacturing and asset-centric sectors. By absorbing the 500-customer strong firm, STAEDEAN gains a significant foothold in the Nordic market, providing a foundation to extend its reach beyond traditional ERP boundaries.
Luciano Cunha, CEO of STAEDEAN, noted that the acquisition allows the company to offer clients a cross-platform solution to connect diverse applications, rather than limiting data management to the ERP environment alone. For Golden EDI, the merger serves as a vehicle for international growth. Mats Persson, Partner and Business Manager at Golden EDI, indicated that joining the global STAEDEAN ecosystem provides the necessary scale to accelerate the company’s expansion beyond its current regional stronghold. Both companies plan to leverage their combined AI resources to drive future innovation in data quality and system compliance.
