The company’s latest financial report highlights a shift toward improved profitability, with a 16% increase in gross profit to $1.634 million for the six-month period ending June 30. This growth was particularly pronounced in the second quarter, where gross profit jumped 21% compared to the same period in 2025. Simultaneously, the firm managed to reduce its operating expenses by 18% during the quarter, leading to a 69% improvement in operating loss.
Chairman and CEO Amos Kohn attributed these results to the company's focus on its power electronics division, which serves defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors. Revenue from this segment alone rose to $2.815 million in the first half of the year. The company, which operates through its subsidiaries Digital Power Corporation and TOG Technologies, continues to prioritize the economics of its core power systems while navigating the competitive landscape of mission-critical electronics.
