The new arrivals include Webster & Carr, which operates as an apothecary and styling lounge, alongside the Pokémon and trading card specialist Aqua TCG. They are joined by Thatype, a boutique focused on jewelry and gifting. These additions follow the hub's opening this past July, establishing a distinct, relaxed environment separated from the main shopping areas.
Noah Knapton, Asset Manager at Sovereign Centros from CBRE, noted that the demand for these units highlights the potential for small-scale growth within the larger Metrocentre ecosystem. Mia Fang, founder of Thatype, described the location as an ideal home for the brand, citing its accessibility and the supportive community of local independent businesses as primary drivers for the move.
