Ecochillers, a family-founded business established in 1995, brings a robust product line to the Gradian portfolio, including oil-free centrifugal chillers and modular systems with capacities reaching 2,500 tons. The company will maintain its existing manufacturing presence in Jalisco, Mexico, alongside its U.S. operations in San Antonio and Laredo, Texas.
John Schneider, CEO of Gradian Thermal Solutions, noted that the addition rounds out the company’s full-line offering, providing clients with greater flexibility for customized thermal management. Pedro Machain Garza, founder and president of Ecochillers, emphasized that the merger allows the firm to scale its specialized chiller expertise within a broader engineering framework. This expansion follows Gradian’s recent consolidation of brands including MAS HVAC, Daedex, and DeepCoolAI, creating a unified entity focused on high-performance cooling for demanding industrial environments.
